I am working out again! Yay. I have a LONG way to go, but I am using Traineo to track and monitor my results. Got a workout partner and will be using lunchhours at work to get these done. I am brown-bagging lunches! so that is a good thing. And I am hoping to lose no less than 60 pounds. Of course if i have eroded my body fat and I end up with sixpack abs before I lose that much weight I will be happy. Loads of cardio in my future as well as many innovative ideas for workouts, stuff like this. Wish me luck!
